Did they reload it to something you can get ? This original link, is impossible for normal people to get, its blocked by any antivirus software & browsers. Even TOR won't let me download it. I'm not stupid enough to bypass my security protection to get anything. So, either reload it to something that won't fuck with you or they won't be able to download it.
  Try loading it to Proton or MEGA (if you rename it & password protect it there).
