CHINA OUT OF PH WATERS!
We’re absolutely outraged by what happened on Monday, August 19, 2024, at around 3:24 AM in the West Philippine Sea. The Chinese Coast Guard just pulled a dangerous move by deliberately crashing into two Philippine Coast Guard vessels. These ships were on a peaceful mission just to deliver supplies to islands in the area, and now, because of the reckless actions of the Chinese Coast Guard, they’ve ended up with serious damage.
Here’s what went down: The Philippine Coast Guard vessels BRP Bagacay and BRP Cape Engaño were heading to Patag and Lawak Islands to drop off essential supplies when the Chinese Coast Guard vessels decided to get aggressive. They started making reckless maneuvers, which led to ships colliding. One of the PCG ships, BRP Bagacay, ended up with a big hole in its deck, and both vessels sustained structural damage. this kind of behavior is not just dangerous; it’s completely unacceptable. It puts the lives of our seafarers at risk and messes with the safety of maritime in the region.

This is our way of hitting back and showing that there are serious repercussions for such bullying tactics.
