How can I change my boot screen on phone?

Every time I turn on my phone it's like I've been flashbangged, so I want to change it. I want to root my phone to change the boot screen but I couldn't do it, how can I do? I tried download twrp but I couldn't do it (my phone brand is General Mobile Gm22 plus)
