Car Care Plan (CCP), a leading provider of warranty, asset protection, and cosmetic repair insurance, was recently compromised by the HELLCAT Ransomware Group. This breach has exposed the personally identifiable information (PII) of thousands of customers.

Compromised Data (Total 107,367 Records): Certificate No, Insurance Policy Number, Insured ID Number, Insured Date of Birth, Insured Tax Number, Vehicle Owner Name/Title, Telephone, Mobile Phone, Work Phone, Address

This base looks like from TURKEY. from the sample posted. CCP hq is UK though.
