This leak is a response to the "Library Ghost" scandal, where the National Library of Peru allowed the looting of priceless historical documents and cultural heritage for years. Those responsible for protecting these treasures were involved in their theft, turning a blind eye to the systematic plundering. This act exposes how corruption destroys even the institutions meant to preserve the nation’s history.
