many developers don't realize that md5 and sha1 encryption is not secure...

the best encryption in my opinion is Bcrypt, SHA1 and MD5, even web pages decrypt these types of hashes.

MD5 and SHA1 are not encryption (like AES, RSA). It's hashing. And not password hashing (like bcrypt, scrypt, PBKDF).
