Have you tried opening his telegram account? as usual he just runaway and delete the account.
He got some valid data mixed with millions of test samples. out of 5 queries he only replied with 1 valid result.
I was able to obtain the data other way and it's literally 2m valid lines and the rest are duplicates and useless data for dead people.
To make it crystal clear, I will pay whatever he ask for through escrow service to get the valid data for 85m Egyptian citizens.
How about that?
