I bought from Nik CanadaComputer panel access for 350$ (He was selling data for 200$ and i told him i dont need data i need access to invoices,orders.. in panel) , I asked him  and told him that If the panel has invoices,orders,customerinfo.. and he said everything is there, turns out the panel he sent me is a demo, there are no invoices, no orders , there are addresses there but are demo and fake and has the same postal code on all of them.. 

I told him that but he refuses to refund me and just ignores me!

I have verified the authenticity of the screenshots, and the access provided by you does not meet the criteria(for data within the panel) set by the buyer, which you agreed to, before the transaction was completed.
