I would like to report a scam done by the user UGTOOLS.
He contact me on PM and he proposed his Romanian database 10.5 million records.
On telegram he has the user @chineseniggur or C.Niggur.
To be sure that is a real database , I asked him to split the data in 10 small files , 1 million each and I was paying 100 USD for each million.
In the first sending he send me 5670 records repeated until 1 million records.
So I have recived 5670 records instead of 1 million records.
I have asked him to send me a real database or refound the payment but he proposed me other databases and in the end he stoped to answer.
I have all the conversation with the scammer.
