Fix the shoutbox on tor (please?)

When you're on tor the shoutbox works fine at first then after a minute or two you won't be able to send messages its just annoying asf (you'll have to refresh to fix it which takes a year >w<)

This might be a connectivity issue but the shoutbox was just re-coded. I'll mark this as approved.
