It takes longer to convert from Excel to a real format than to download! Excel is meant for data that you can hand-alter. Databases are meant for large quantities of data.

Sure enough: this is old data, either collected from scam payday loan websites (that collect data with no intent on giving out loans), or leads that had fake data appended to them.

A sample of 1,000 emails shows that all of them were in files from 2016 and earlier. This one re-circulated about 6 months ago.

So, pretty much useless garbage, and NOT WHAT THE OP SAID IT WAS.
